1. Fantastic venue! (5/5)
I actually got engaged at this place, We went 3 nights, played both courses while the other half went shopping in Chester. Fantastic venue, and very impressive courses, can be slightly difficult for a mid-high handicapper but perfectly kept, and everyone is pleasant!
I had the joy of teeing off after a certain Sven Goran Eriksonn!!

2. good standard (4/5)
Played the Cheshire twice and the Nicklaus once. Have to say that both courses are of a good standard and they have a feel of challenge about them. The locker room and bar facilities were excellent. Not sure about the hotel itself but being a Devere must stand for something.
